School Year 2011-2012 Onboarding
We are excited to partner with your school for the 2011-2012 school year. This year our network will be 250 schools strong! Because our network is growing and we are providing new products and supports for schools, it is essential for us to ensure we have the most accurate information possible. Accurate information from you will ensure clear logistics preparation and effective communication at ANet. This year, we are coordinating a more formalized “on-boarding” program so that we can provide the best possible service to our partner schools.
Your school will work with your ANet coach to understand and complete the required on-boarding steps listed below. Several steps require email or paper communication. However, there are two that you can complete through our website below and we encourage you to do so as early as possible. Completing these steps will ensure that your school is set up to be successful in our program. Thank you for working with us and please do not hesitate to reach out to your coach with any questions.
Planning Check List - due August 1st
Contract and Payment
- Discuss contract details with ANet coach
- Sign MOU/contract using AssureSign link - Due June 1st
- Mail Deposit to: ANet Boston Office Attn: Alyssa Christopolis, 225 Friend Street, Suite 704, Boston, MA 02114
Leadership and Scheduling
- Complete Online School Registration Form (you will need teacher emails if you have not yet provided these to ANet and all schools must provide invoicing contact information). The information you provide will be compiled into a resource that will be shared with Network schools.
- Discuss data leadership team composition with ANet coach
- Work with ANet coach to schedule data cycle professional development dates and coaching
- Leadership team reviews Logistics Lead Packet & Assessment Scheduling Details
- Complete Online Assessment Scheduling and Data Leadership Team Form. This includes assessment administration & data meeting dates, as well as the contact information for your Data Leadership team.

ANet released its online tool for Network Schools Fall 2010 that includes the standards guide, an open item bank to create quizzes and reports designed for school leaders and teachers to analyze interim results.
