The form below is the method by which all schools will state their preferences for assessment administration dates for the 2011-2012 school year, provide data meeting dates, and share with us the contact information of the Data Leadership Team members.   We will take assessment date requests in the order in which they are received.  Please note that we cannot guarantee your administration dates below.  We will confirm your final assessment dates in a follow up email.  Please reach out to your ANet coach with any questions.
